Elisabeth Sperling

Elisabeth Sperling, Producer/Director has been working in documentary film since 2005. ONE NIGHT STAND is her directorial debut. Her film credits include SCAPEGOAT ON TRIAL (producer and writer for Maysles Films, 2005-2008); JEWISH-AMERICANS FOR OBAMA (editor for the Presidential campaign, 2008); PERFECT DISASTERS (researcher for Impossible Pictures in the UK, 2006); and THE WITNESSES (researcher for Five More Minutes Productions, 2005). She has a B.A. from Harvard University, an M.A. from Columbia Teachers College, held an endowed chair in the history department at the Horace Mann School in New York, and was awarded a Klingenstein Fellowship for a year’s study at Columbia University and a Fulbright Fellowship to China.
