Jesse Tyler Ferguson Jesse Tyler Ferguson made his Broadway debut in 1998 as one of the leads in the revival of Our Town and went on to originate the role of Leaf Coneybear in the Tony-nominated 2005 musical The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and played Flute in the Public Theater Shakespeare in the Park production of A Midsummer Night's Dream (Distinguished Performance nominee, Drama League Awards, 2008). Jesse made his television breakthrough in the sitcom The Class, which won the 2007 People's Choice Award for Favorite New TV Comedy. Jesse has recently become a national television celebrity for his role as Mitchell in the hit ABC sitcom Modern Family, which swept the Emmy Awards two years in a row.  Jesse's film credits include Untraceable and Griffin & Phoenix. He will next appear opposite Matthew Broderick in Wonderful World.
