Jonthan Marc Sherman

Jonthan Marc Sherman Originally from Morristown, New Jersey, Jonathan Sherman burst onto the New York theater scene as the teenage author of Women and Wallace, which was produced at Playwrights Horizons and then filmed for television with a cast that included Cynthia Nixon and Josh Hamilton. Jonathan’s plays have been performed for audiences nationally and internationally. Among his best-known plays are Things We Want, Serendipity and Serenity, Jesus on the Oil Tank (winner of the 21st Century Playwrights Award), Veins and Thumbtacks, Sophistry, Wonderful Time, Evolution and Knickerbocker. Jonathan’s latest work, Clive, is slated to be staged in spring of 2013, directed by and featuring Ethan Hawke.
