Greenberg and Goldwasser

Julia Greenberg and Robin Goldwasser, a composing team, co-wrote the musical People are Wrong, which was staged in New York City’s Vineyard Theatre in 2004. The musical was praised by Variety for its “wryly humorous lyrics.” After the album version was performed at Joe’s Pub, The New York Sun raved, “These songs get my high compliments. I’d rip them onto iTunes if I could.” Julia and Robin have also worked separately. Robin frequently contributes her voice as well as her puppetry to the rock band They Might Be Giants. Julia’s first album, Past Your Eyes, was released in 1999, and her song “Pitiful You,” made Rolling Stones’ most-downloaded MP3 chart.
