Tracie Thoms

Tracie Thoms of Baltimore, Maryland appeared in both the feature film and Broadway versions of Rent. When she wasn't dazzling Broadway spectators with her portrayal of lead character, Joane Jefferson, Thoms was acting in over 33 different productions including a regular role as detective Cat Miller on the hit CBS series Cold Case; other credits include As If, Wonderfalls, The Devil Wears Prada, Death ProofBandwagon:The Series, and Liberty City:The American Dream. Most recently, Thoms starred in the Broadway production of Stick Fly.
